How it works
Who it is for
One person or a small team planning purchases SKU by SKU, without an inventory planning system.
Shops that want a repeatable way to decide when to reorder and how much to buy.
Sellers working with long supplier lead times, freight, duties, and case-pack constraints.
Businesses that need to see the cash a purchase order requires before committing to it.
Selling context
StockPilot does not connect to Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart, or WooCommerce, and never imports seller data. Platform selection only changes general input guidance, not calculations.
Calculations are channel-neutral. Use values for the inventory pool and demand you are planning.

Method
On-hand stock and confirmed inbound stock are different: inbound units cannot support sales until they become sellable. Their arrival timing matters when estimating stockout risk and projecting inventory at a new purchase order’s arrival.
Supplier constraints such as MOQ and case packs can change a theoretical quantity into a different order size. Results are planning estimates based on your inputs, not a substitute for a full ERP, demand forecast, or purchasing policy.
Before acting on a result, review the sales rate, lead-time definition, confirmed receipts, supplier constraints, warehouse capacity, cash availability, and your own inventory policy.
